Digitek Toxicity Lawsuits

A Morristown, New Jersey drug maker is being sued because of the alleged dangerous and defective heart drug, Digitek.

Actavis Totowa and its parent company Actavis Group are the target of at least nine federal lawsuits where one person died. Also named in the lawsuits are Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc and UDL Laboratories, Inc.

Some of the tablets may have been double dosed containing twice the active ingredient of digitalis which poses a risk of serious to fatal toxicity.

The number of Digitek lawsuits is expected to grow. If you or a loved one has been affected by the double dose Digitek recall and you live in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, please contact Monheit Law or Anapol Schwartz, personal injury law firms for a no-cost-to-you legal consultation.
